Meri Dukaan (also known as Merishop) is a digital storefront platform that helps local businesses in India (fashion, food, retail, jewellery, and specialty shops) create a branded online shop, share a QR / WhatsApp-ready catalogue, and take customer orders directly — without relying on a marketplace.
Who we are
Merishop is operated by Namah. Our goal is to give small and mid-sized merchants a simple, premium storefront they can launch quickly and manage themselves.
What we sell
We sell software / platform access to merchants:
- One-time storefront setup and go-live
- Annual subscription to keep the storefront online
- Optional add-ons such as WhatsApp Engage (tracked catalogue sharing)
Payments collected by Merishop via Razorpay are platform fees paid by shop owners to us. Orders placed by end customers on a merchant's storefront (UPI / pay later) are between the customer and that merchant — we do not process those as Razorpay platform checkout.
