Merishop sells digital / software services (online storefront access and related add-ons). There is no physical product shipping for platform fees paid to us.
1. Delivery of our service
- After successful Razorpay payment for setup, your shop access is activated digitally — typically immediately (or within a few minutes).
- Annual renewals and WhatsApp Engage add-ons are applied instantly to your account upon verified payment.
- You access the service via merishop.online (dashboard and your shop URL / subdomain). No courier, packing, or physical dispatch is involved.
2. Merchant–customer orders
When a visitor orders from a merchant's storefront, pickup / delivery is handled entirely by that merchant. Merishop does not warehouse, ship, or fulfill those goods. Shipping timelines, charges, and policies for those orders must be obtained from the individual shop.
3. Delays
If digital activation is delayed due to a payment verification or technical issue, contact us with your payment ID and we will resolve it on priority.
